1. Shipping Methods
We offer several shipping methods to accommodate your needs. The following options are available at checkout:

  • Standard: 4–5 business days
  • Priority: 2–3 business days
  • Express: 1–2 business days

2. Processing Time
Orders placed before 12pm PST (Monday–Friday, excluding major holidays) are typically processed and shipped the same day after payment is received. Orders placed after 12pm PST are typically processed and shipped the next business day, unless otherwise noted in the product description. Please note that processing time may vary during peak holiday seasons.

3. Shipping Rates
We offer flat-rate shipping fees based on the shipping method selected, starting at $6.99. Shipping rates will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

4. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States and select international destinations. If you are located outside of our shipping area, please contact us for assistance.

5. Shipping Confirmation 
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, allowing you to track your package's progress.

6. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times by shipping method are as follows:

8. Missing or Damaged Shipments
If your order is missing or damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately so we can investigate the issue and make it right. Please note that carrier liability coverage varies by shipping method selected.

9. International Shipping
For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply. Unless otherwise specified at checkout, these charges are not included in the shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient. In some cases, duties and taxes may be calculated, collected, and prepaid at checkout depending on the shipping option selected. When applicable, this will be clearly indicated before you complete your purchase.

10. Returns Due to Shipping Issues
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by you, refusal of delivery, or other shipping issues beyond our control, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

11. Shipping Fees
Please note that original shipping fees and return shipping costs are non-refundable. The refund amount will cover the product(s) only.
