DeFlare was founded in 2024 by Winnie and Alan, a couple whose love for raving and collecting fans brought them together. Based in California and Vegas, we were inspired by our passion for music festivals, where fans became more than just cool-down tools—they became symbols of connection and community. The joy of helping others beat the heat and the camaraderie it created led us to start DeFlare. We want to keep the PLUR (Peace, Love, Unity, Respect) culture alive, encouraging everyone to use fans not just for safety but as a gesture of help and friendship, creating lasting bonds and unforgettable memories.
